Refund Policy for Wonder Cinema LTD

Welcome to Wonder Cinema LTD. We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible with our booking and refund policies while ensuring a fantastic outdoor cinema experience for all our patrons. Please read our refund policy below carefully to understand your options in various situations.

When you purchase a ticket from Wonder Cinema LTD. either online (this website) or in-store via one of our square terminals, you are agreeing to the following...

Weather Policy

At Wonder Cinema, we are unfortunately at the mercy of Mother Nature. We can operate in rain but in the case of really bad weather that negatively affects the viewing experience, we will try and reschedule the event rather than cancel it outright. Whether or not your event gets cancelled/rescheduled no refunds will be issued for bad weather conditions; however, your ticket will remain valid either for another show at the same venue or at a different one, you will also be offered x2 free tickets on top of your existing tickets that you can gift to family/friends for the inconvenience. EVEN IF THE EVENT GOES AHEAD and it's raining, the same alternatives and compensation will be offered, any tickets you purchased along with an extra x2 tickets- this is even if you attend, we want everyone to experience Wonder Cinema in the best way possible.

Change of Plans by the Customer

We understand that plans can change, and you may no longer be able to attend an event you've booked. Depending on your notification timing, we offer the following options:

  • Event Transfer or Credit: You may transfer your ticket to another event or apply the amount paid as credit toward any other purchase on our website.

  • Full Refund: If you notify us more than 30 days before the event date, you qualify for a full refund of the ticket price, provided the change is due to your own personal circumstances and not those influenced by venue cancellations or rearrangement.

  • Partial Refund: For notifications between 30 and 3 days before the event, a partial refund of 50% of the ticket price will be issued.

  • Ticket Transfer Only: For cancellations within 3 days of the event, no refund will be issued. However, we allow ticket transfers to another event.

Venue Cancellations or Rearrangements

​

At Wonder Cinema, our goal is to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience for all attendees. In the event that a venue cancels our outdoor cinema showing for any reason, we will work to secure an alternative venue within a 15-mile radius of the original location to ensure minimal disruption. Please note that refunds will not be issued by Wonder Cinema for venue-related cancellations. Should an alternative venue within this radius be unavailable, and if the cancellation is not due to any fault on the part of Wonder Cinema, any refund requests should be directed to the original venue holder, subject to their liability- please email customerservice@wondercinema.co.uk.

Merchant Fees

Please note that we are unable to refund any third-party fees (such as those from Wix and PayPal) absorbed by us at the time of the ticket sale. These merchant fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
